Yojee has built software that uses artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain to help logistics businesses coordinate their fleets and make the most out of existing last-mile delivery infrastructure. The system, powered by machine learning, automatically assigns delivery jobs to drivers, lowering costs for logistics providers and makes deliveries faster for customers.
Job Title: Operations Manager - Cambodia
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Operations Manager will play a lead role in providing financial and operations support to the Senior Management. He or She will also be responsible to manage the overall operations in Cambodia and customer service support.
♦ Be responsible for day to day management of Yojee’s software as a service within Cambodia
♦ Be responsible for day to day management of network service within Cambodia
♦ Work with Head of Operations to setup and manage the Cambodia Operations and Customer Service teams, also providing continuous feedback on operations which can be channeled into technology improvements and strategy for Yojee’s market position
♦ Identify and research potential customers and suppliers of network services
♦ Provide a solid understanding of our technology and partner technologies to customers and staff as required
♦ Develop solutions to customer challenges
♦ Generate timely reports and input data for tracking, analyzing, and communicating purposes
♦ Direct involvement in team recruitment, workload planning and objective setting
♦ Assist in the development of necessary policies and procedure required for Operations to ensure Statutory Compliances are met for efficient operations
♦ Perform other duties as assigned
♦ Minimum High school diploma
♦ Minimum 3 years of working experience in logistics industry will be advantageous
♦ At least intermediate computer skills in databases, spreadsheets and word processing
♦ Strong written and communication skills in English and Khmer
♦ Ability to adapt and work with people across different culture/nationalities
♦ Good presentation skills
♦ Willingness to learn and problem solving skills
♦ Motivated and ability to work unsupervised
