  Plan is an international humanitarian child-centred community development (CCCD) organisation, without religious, political or government affiliation and is one of the oldest and largest international development agencies in the world and is active over 70 countries. Plan International Cambodia started its operations in Cambodia in 2002 and is committed to improving the lives of poor children, their families and communities. Plan International Cambodia is looking for qualified candidates for the positions below:  

Partner Finance Coordinator

(This position is specified duration contract, based at Country Office, Phnom Penh)

  The Partner Finance Coordinator reviews and monitors partner’s budgets, expenditures, reports for Plan International Cambodia to ensure accuracy and consistency in accordance with Plan financial policy/procedures and donors requirements. He/she liaises with project staff on issues related to partner management and conducts partner financial assessments and quarterly financial reviews as well as partner financial capacity building.  

Media Officer

(This position is specified duration contract, based at Country Office, Phnom Penh)

  The Media Officer coordinates and documents all media appearances and journalism activities for Plan International Cambodia to ensure the organization’s accomplishments and good practice are communicated effectively and efficiently to a wider audience through media channels, newspapers, and video / photo documentaries. He / she is responsible for ensuring that all such work is carried out in accordance with Plan International’s communication policies and guidelines.  

Sponsorship Officer

(This position is specified duration contract, based in Ratanakiri Province)

  Child Sponsorship is Plan International’s main source of country support and income for delivering programs. Working in 3-4 communes with a team of Community Volunteers, the Sponsorship Officer supports the production of sponsorship products for 1,300 - 1,600 sponsors and sponsored children, Plan International’s global commitments are to ensure that sponsors receive timely and high-quality communications and that Sponsored Children (SCs), their families and their communities benefit from Plan International’s program work.   Interested candidates must fill in Plan Application Form and then email to [email protected] by 02 October 2019, at 5.00 pm, local time.
