Oxfam started working in Cambodia in 1979.We are working in partnership with civil society organizations, NGOs, the Royal Government of Cambodia, and other development agencies to help the Cambodian people overcome poverty and suffering. Our program in the country includes promoting sustainable rural livelihoods, gender justice, and disaster management.

We are currently seeking to recruit:

The Regional Program Coordinator (RPC) is an integral member of the Oxfam America East Asia Regional Office (EARO) providing program oversight and team management for EARO’s Farmer Led Agricultural Innovation for Resilience (FLAIR) program. The RPC is charged with delivery of the FLAIRprogram portfoliothat includes: program design and strategic planning; implementation; representation; organizational development; human resource and financial management; monitoring and evaluation; and learning and knowledge management.

This position is based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The position is intended to advance the program in Cambodia and Vietnam as well as regional engagement with Oxfam affiliates to advance common initiatives.

Key requirements:
• A Master’s degree in development, social or environmental science, or other relevant fields
• At least five years demonstrable experience in development work especially focusing on improving livelihoods of poor communities
• Proven experience in program development and management
• Strong understanding and experience in rural development, economic development or related field
