a Senior Civic Engagement Officer

Pact implementsthe 5-yearWE Act Project, funded by USAID. WE Act focuses on empowering young women entrepreneurs in urban centers to access the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to realize their full potential as entrepreneurs and leaders in their communities. The overall goal of the project is to see young women improve their socio-economic status.
Pact Cambodia is part of the Pact development INGO founded in 1979 and works in 40 countries. At the heart of Pact is the promise of a better tomorrow. Working in Cambodia since 1991, Pact has supported Cambodian civil society and strengthened the capacity of institutions run by and for Cambodians to end poverty and injustice.
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Civic Engagement Officer.The Senior Civic Engagement Officer will be part of a dynamic and innovative team, responsible for coordinating and leading programmatic and technical efforts for the project, in close collaboration with the Civic Engagement Manager. The senior officer will play a key role to plan, design, implement, and support services that promote constructive civic engagement, leadership, skill building, use of information technologies including social media, strengthening of associations and networks, and other strategic initiatives linked to women’s and youth economic and social empowerment.
