The World Bank Cambodia Country Office is seeking to hire two national consultants to provide technical support to the Department of Preventive Medicine (DPM) of the MOH for rolling out implementation of cervical cancer screening and treatment (CCS&T) services; and Diabetes and hypertension screening and treatment (DHS&T).

 

Scope of work

• Monitoring and supporting preparation process at both national and sub-national levels for enabling ODs to provide CCS&T and DHC&T services

• Supporting PMD for conducting TOT and cascade trainings for health center and referral hospital staff to perform CCS&T and DHC&T

• Monitoring and supporting preparation of community sensitization and mobilization, and follow-up

• Monitoring and supporting HCs/ODs for improving utilization of CCS&T and DHS&T services

• Monitoring timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of reporting in compliance with DLI indicators

• Undertaking other operational tasks as assigned by the Task Team Leader (TTL) and Co-Task Team Leader (Co-TTL).

 

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Medical doctor with post-graduate qualification in Public Health

• At least 10 years working experience in Cambodian public health system

• Experience in working in NCD related programs is an asset

• Proven record of delivering results and coordination positions

• Management and organizational skills

• Excellent English and Khmer languages.
