This picture of the Khemrak Pumen (Royal Cambodian armed forces) license plate attached to the back of jeans instead of cars has attracted Facebook users to express various opinions and feedback on the fashion statement.

Posted by Facebook user “Pity Khmer,” the baffling photo is only accompanied by the description “Funny but meaningful.” However, the image has no explanation on what compelled this girl to redesign a perfectly good pair of jeans.

This interesting picture has received more than a hundred likes and shares.

Most Facebook users were shocked to see a girl’s back jean pockets fashioned to resemble the rear end of a car, complete with a license plate and rear lights. Feedback ranged across a spectrum of opinions.

Ken Ken Angkor said, “Good design.” While Srey Khouch simply posted, “Oh My God.”

Surprised at seeing the post, Samnang Lon wrote, “People now also have a stop light!”

Taking a political stance, Socheat EM commented, “Royal Khmer Board! Do not woo!”Phea Thuoth wrote, “I have heard the government have bans on all kind of vehicles that use this sign, she should be caught!!” Assize G-Apple relates the image to traffic advantages. “Today and Tomorrow, to avoid traffic accident,” he joked,

The post’s message to audience was a convoluted one and open for interpretation. As a result, viewers reached differing conclusions and analyzed it within a range of contexts, from thoughts of traffic and politics, to opinion of fashion and design.
