The Ministry of Health on October 7 reported 224 new Covid-19 cases, five of which were imported. It noted that all the cases were confirmed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests.
The ministry also reported 10 new deaths and 499 recoveries.
As of October 7, Cambodia had recorded a total of 114,148 Covid-19 cases with 106,292 recoveries and 2,441 fatalities.
