The Khmer Rouge tribunal has scheduled a "trial management meeting" for January 15 and 16, which will set the date for the beginning of S21 prison chief Kaing Guek Eav's trial. Kaing Guek Eav, known as "Duch", is the first and youngest of five Khmer Rouge leaders to be tried for crimes occurring under the 1975-79 regime.
