In Brief: Inauguration for new national road

A new road spanning 131 kilometers between Anlong Veng and Siem Reap is set to open Saturday, according to a government statement.

National Road 67, which was built with a loan from the Thai government, will be officially inaugurated on July 4. "On July 4 at 7:30am, the Ministry of Public Works and Transport will inaugurate National Road Number 67 ... under the direction of Hun Sen," said a June 24 statement signed by Minister Tram Iv Tek.
