Ke Kim Yan, the head of the National Authority for Combating Drugs, has been officially tasked with working to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS, according to a decision signed by Prime Minister Hun Sen on June 30 and obtained by the Post on Thursday. Hun Sen ordered all "deputy prime ministers, senior ministers, ministers and institutions" to work with the new appointee.
