In Brief: Koh Kong governor to be reshuffled

Koh Kong Governor Yuth Pouthang will be replaced today as part of an administrative reshuffle at the Ministry of Interior, according to officials, who say he will likely be reappointed as a government adviser. Prum Sokha, secretary of state at the ministry, said the governor will be replaced by Bun Lert, governor of Koh Kong’s Sre Ambel district. Yuth Pouthang said that he was not surprised, saying the government needed to rotate senior officials.
