A Japanese man has been charged with purchasing child prostitution on accusations he had sex with a 13-year-old girl. Kato Atsushi, 40, was arrested Monday when he showed up at the city's Department of Social Affairs looking to obtain the girl's release after she had been seized by authorities cracking down on prostitution, according to court deputy prosecutor Kry Sok Y. The prosecutor said the man confessed to having sex with the girl on 10 occasions at a brothel on Street 63 in Daun Penh district.
