In Brief: One arrested in bomb plot

One of two suspects wanted in connection with Friday's foiled bomb plot has been arrested, officials said Wednesday. Information Minister Khieu Kanharith said that the police had detained the suspect following a detailed probe, but he declined to give the identity of the suspect or any further details, citing the confidential nature of the ongoing investigation. "We are collecting new information to arrest other suspects" Khieu Kanharith said.
