Prey Veng provincial court has delayed a defamation case between a school director and the head of the Cambodian Independent Teachers Association (CITA), court prosecutor Chan Darareahsmei said Tuesday, at the request of a lawyer for CITA chief Chin Rithy. Chin Rithy was accused of defamation by Yin Sovuthy, director of Neak Leung secondary school, after claiming that the school director planned to sell the land around the school for personal profit.
