Three men have been arrested in connection with the shooting of a fisherman in Kampong Cham province, police said on Wednesday. Roeun Seangleng, 37, was shot three times on Monday while he was in his fishing boat. The victim sustained serious injuries and is being treated at Kampong Cham provincial hospital. The suspects “willingly“ turned themselves in to police, Kong Meas district military police chief Hin Chan Veasna said. An investigation is under way.
