n a recent holiday in the United States I noticed a Phnom Penh Post bumper sticker

on the car in front of me in, of all places, Visalia, California, "Gateway to

the Sequoias".

Surprised, I wondered if the ubiquitous "Independent News and Views" stickers

could be found adorning car bumpers in such places as Tucumcari, Hoboken, Dubuque

or in the exotic Tijuana. One thing is certain, you sure as hell don't see any in

Phnom Penh.

Where can I find one? I'd like to put it on the bumper of my bicycle.
