Cambodia nears goal of 12M vaccinated against Covid

Cambodia nears goal of 12M vaccinated against Covid

Cambodia's Covid-19 vaccination drive is approaching its goal with over 11 million out of the target 12 million people aged 12 and older having been vaccinated as of September 3.

According to the Ministry of Health's report, 94.25 per cent of the target adult population of 10 million have received their first dose.

In the 12-17 age group, 82.37 per cent of its population of nearly two million have received their first shot.

In total, Cambodia has vaccinated 69 per cent of the country's population of 16 million.
