PHNOM Penh Municipal Court yesterday delayed the announcement of a verdict in a case involving five people facing a range of charges including purchasing and procuring prostitution, saying they should have been charged with child prostitution crimes. “We ordered further investigations,” presiding judge Ker Sakhorn said, adding that new information had surfaced during interrogations by a court prosecutor.
