A CROUPIER has been arrested for allegedly dealing drugs in Banteay Meanchey province, a military police official said yesterday. Phoung Pheap, a 20-year-employee at the Poipet Resort Casino, is accused of dealing crystal methamphetamine using moto driver Nan Uk to distribute the product, Men Phirum, Banteay Meanchey provincial military police chief, said yesterday. Both suspects were arrested during a deal and will be sent to court, he said.
