A resident of Russey Keo district attempts to douse a fire with an
improvised fire hose during a blaze that tore through homes of garment
workers in the district's Tuol Sangke commune from 2:30pm Monday. No
injuries were reported, but officials say at least 25 homes were
destroyed in the fire, which reportedly began following an electrical
malfunction.
