About 400 land dispute victims from across the country gathered for an annual three-day meeting in Kratie province on Wednesday to share their experiences and discuss ways to protect their rights. “The gathering of representatives of villagers from so many different communities is very important for raising awareness about their issues and concerns,” said Pok Phal, a community coordinator for the Indigenous Community Support Organisation. On the first day of the meeting, representatives had the chance to showcase their local productions by via video clips, photos, and paintings.
