A fire started outside the Singaporean Embassy in Phnom Penh’s Daun Penh district yesterday after a driver crashed his car into a tree and fled. An embassy official, who declined to be named, said yesterday that the crash occurred at around 2:30am. Chaktomuk Commune Police Chief Chhoung Chhet said that the cause of the crash was unknown.
