The Ministry of Health on April 22 reported five new deaths from Covid-19 and another 446 infections linked to the February 20 community outbreak.
The latest deceased patients are all Cambodians aged 54 to 83, bringing the toll to 59.
The 446 cluster cases include one Indonesian and three Chinese nationals, with the rest being Cambodian.
Phnom Penh recorded the most cases at 331, followed by Preah Sihanouk at 82, Kandal at 21, Takeo at five, Kampong Speu at two, and one each in Svay Rieng, Banteay Meanchey, Battambang, Kampong Cham and Prey Veng.
The ministry also reported 130 recoveries, 127 of which were linked to the February 20 outbreak.
As of April 22, Cambodia had recorded a total of 8,193 Covid-19 cases with 5,204 receiving ongoing treatment and 59 confirmed fatalities.
