Twenty-six former Khmer Rouge families said yesterday that a Phnom Penh businesswoman had taken over roughly 58 hectares of their farmland in Kampot province’s Teuk Chhou district. Heav Lon could not be reached for comment. Provincial and deputy governors declined to comment.
