A garage owner in Kampong Thom province is being held by provincial military police after temporarily confiscating a Toyota Camry belonging to a military police official. The garage owner said the official owed US$750 in unpaid fees for repairs on his vehicle, but Sun Phearum, the military police officer, says he settled his debt months ago.
