THE Ministry of Information and the International Labour Organisation announced a joint project with the TVK television channel yesterday to combat child labour. “It is a two-year project that will be implemented within 15 provinces and towns across the country,” said ILO national programme officer Theng Chorverith. “We will push to promote the campaign against child labour abuse through different kinds of media, especially local TV,” TVK director general Kem Gunawadh added.
