A Preah Sihanouk provincial court has processed a complaint filed by a local Forestry Administration official charging a deputy military commander, a commune chief and nine others with conspiring to illegally sell protected forest land to a group of businessmen in Phnom Penh, a court prosecutor, Bou Bunhang, told the Post on Monday.
