Man jailed for allegedly raping his daughter, 15

A father appeared at the Phnom Penh Municipal Court on Wednesday for allegedly raping his under-age daughter in Por Sen Chey district.

Mao Sinath, Por Sen Chey district chief of penal police, said a 41-year-old tuk-tuk driver was arrested on Monday after he raped his victim, 15, at his home.

Mom Hor, police chief of Chom Chao commune, said the man was arrested after his wife, the victim’s mother, reported the incident to police.
