A delegation of 20 Cham Muslim representatives has travelled to Malaysia to seek aid for the development of Cambodia’s Muslim communities, Malaysian media reported on Tuesday. “Our trip is sanctioned by our prime minister and is to visit and enhance relations between Muslims of both countries,” Zakaria Adam, vice chairman of Cambodia’s Highest Council of Islamic Religious Affairs, was quoted as saying at a lunch reception in Ipoh on Monday.
