I'd like to briefly make a point concerning Raoul Jennar's article (Dec. 4-17, 1992

issue) that, at last there's someone who understands the real problems in Cambodia,

by searching right through the heart of the Khmer population from the top to the

[bottom]...

Everybody knows that Vietnam won the Vietnam War, thanks to international opinion.

This is why there was such a reaction opposing Jennar's views trying to cover up

the truth.

We have no means to speak up with this current situation, but you, Jennar, please

continue your great work to make the word realize that Cambodia is threatened to

disappear in the near future.
