A royal Cambodian Armed Forces soldier has been arrested in Meanchey district for allegedly shooting his wife during a drunken argument.
Un Bora, 42, was arrested on Sunday after shooting his gun into the air and firing two shots at his wife, injuring her right leg, Meanchey district military police commander Seng Chhay said. “I sent him to the upper-level commanders and he is being detained pending further investigation.”
