King Norodom Sihamoni has approved a reshuffle of two Khmer Rouge Tribunal judges following a request from the president of the Trial Chamber and the Supreme Court Chamber, Nil Nonn. Judge You Ottara will replace Trial Chamber judge Thou Mony and Mong Monichariya has been appointed as judge at the Supreme Court Chamber replacing Sin Rith, a statement from the court’s press unit said yesterday. Court spokesman Neth Pheaktra said yesterday the reappointments were standard procedure aimed at increasing efficiency. Sin Rith and Thou Mony will now act as reserve judges.
