Three construction workers were arrested in Siem Reap province on Wednesday for allegedly killing their supervisor in Preah Sihanouk province.

Siem Reap provincial police chief Duong Sokha identified the suspects as Phork Sophat, 30, Oruy Oroeun, 27, and Chhoy Khmum, 30.

He said the trio escaped to the province after killing Tiang Bora, 36, with a baton in Sihanoukville’s commune 4.

Preah Sihanouk police chief Kol Phaly said the suspects killed Bora because he failed to pay their wages. He added that the suspects had already confessed to the murder.
