The Preah Sihanouk Provincial Administration has decided to temporarily shut Keang You hotel and turn it into a quarantine facility after some staff members and guests there tested positive for Covid-19.
The hotel is located in Village III of Sihanoukville's Sangkat III.
In a notice on August 7, provincial governor Kuoch Chamroeun said a Covid-19 response team from the provincial health department had taken samples from the hotel employees and guests, though he did not disclose the number.
