Teen found dead in custody in Koh Kong

A youth had committed suicide in police custody in Koh Kong province on Wednesday after being charged with the attempted rape of a six-year-old girl, officials said yesterday. Kong Yan, deputy director of the provincial justice department, said 16-year-old Chhay Tangkuy had been found dead at 2pm. After a medical examination, it was determined  he had hung himself with his shirt sleeve.
