TWO brothers, aged 4 and 6, drowned after two boats collided on the Tonle Sap river in Kampong Chhnang province’s Kampong Leng district yesterday morning, an official said. District police chief Pal Choeurn said the boys were on a tourist boat ferrying passengers from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap when their vessel collided with another boat.
