CAMBODIA has appointed Nuth Narang, a secretary of state at the Ministry of Land Management, as its new ambassador and permanent representative to UNESCO, based in Paris. According to a Royal decree issued on August 11, he will replace Khek Sisoda, whose term has come to a close. “I am happy to get a new job, and this is the first time for me to work overseas. I will try my best and learn more,” Nuth Narang said yesterday.
