The Raffles Le Royal Hotel union in Phnom Penh is considering a management offer

that would see half its 97 striking workers reinstated, after talks this week aimed

at ending more than four months of industrial action.

Workers locked out of Raffles Grand Hotel d'Angkor have asked that all of their 209

members return to work and talks have been scheduled for September 1.
