CAMBODIA and Vietnam plan to sign an agreement creating a legal framework that will promote increased cooperation among enterprises from the two countries, Vietnam’s state media reported yesterday. Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung mooted the agreement when he met on Monday with Minister of Justice Ang Vong Vathana, who has been on a six-day visit to Vietnam since August 27. According to a report in Vietnam News, Nguyen stated that Hanoi was “always willing to join hands with Cambodia in all sectors”.
