Bandit arrested after storming home clinic

Svay Rieng town military police arrested one of four thieves who allegedly robbed a home clinic on Saturday, shooting a child in the process.

Police say the quartet had planned the robbery after an argument with the owners, a husband, 48, and wife, 40.

They burst in guns a-blazing and injured the couple’s 6-year-old son. Police say the suspects were armed with two pistols.

Authorities have managed to arrest one suspect who was sent to court yesterday afternoon.
