A teenage hooligan was arrested for carjacking by Kandal cops in Takhmao district yesterday.

The car’s owner had parked his car outside the house of a friend he was visiting, but that visit was interrupted by the ominous sound of the engine starting.

Running outside, he saw the youth behind the wheel and shouted for help, a cry that was answered by passersby, who were able to apprehend the youngster before handing him over to the authorities.
