Candy’s easy, but taking a purse from a baby?

The youngest family member proved the most observant when two thieves tried taking a purse from inside a capital family’s Por Sen Chey district home.

Walking down the road on Tuesday and noticing an open gate, the suspects slipped inside and pinched a purse sitting on the sofa.

Everyone eating in the next room was unaware but, luckily, the grandchild on the first floor noticed and shouted for help.

Neighbours gathered to apprehend the pair of pilferers until police arrived to haul them away.
