Capital cops catch crooks captured on camera

Two youths in the capital failed to evade the gaze of Big Brother, and were arrested on Wednesday for a suspected motorbike theft captured by CCTV.

Local police reported that the pair, in their 20s, pilfered the moto from a young woman who had parked it outside her home in Chbar Ampov district.

However, thanks to the cameras, police arrested the suspects while they were riding home. The duo was sent to court.
