Careless driver topples family’s moto in capital

Reckless driving resulted in serious injury for the 30-year-old mother of a 1-month-old infant and 6-year-old girl in Phnom Penh’s Sen Sok district on Sunday.

Her husband, 32, was driving the moto with her and both children as passengers when he attempted to overtake a truck on the left.

A speeding driver, however, slammed into them with his moto from behind.

The mother is hospitalised with serious injuries to her head and back while the father and children sustained minor wounds.
