Cart puller gets taken for a ride by swindlers

A Banteay Meanchey cart puller learned the hard way on Sunday that trouble does indeed come in threes.

Approached by a man claiming to have lost his bag, the cart seller then conveniently met two women who claimed to have found the lost item.

They persuaded the gullible cart puller to stay tight-lipped and share the spoils.

Coaxed to a quiet location to divvy up the goods, the cart puller claimed she was then sedated and robbed by the two women. She has filed a complaint with local police.
