A Mondulkiri man found out a stolen buffalo is a tough thing to hide on Sunday.

The ambitious thief snuck onto a fellow villager’s property and brought the big beast back to his own home.

By the time the owners noticed the buffalo was missing, neighbours were already aware of the animal’s forced relocation.

The drama didn’t end there, however, with the suspect briefly drawing a gun on cops, before eventually surrendering to superior numbers.
