An alleged drug dealer in Phnom Penh’s Chamkarmon district was arrested yesterday as he was posting up at a seemingly advantageous place of doing business.

Police said the man, who immediately aroused suspicion, was loitering outside a guesthouse.

Officers rolled up, questioned the man and ultimately searched him, finding two packages of meth and tools for stealing motorbikes.

The suspect reportedly confessed, saying he had hoped to sling drugs to the guesthouse’s customers.
