Cops foil drunk duo's attempted hit-and-run

Two fast and feckless men were arrested in Phnom Penh’s Por Sen Chey district on Sunday after careening drunk into a man on a motorcycle.

According to police, the duo’s car was speeding away from a nightclub when the driver collided with the motorcycle; unsurprisingly, he attempted to speed off.

Traffic police were able to foil the inebriated pair’s hit-and-run attempt, but the victim sustained serious injuries. DEUM AMPIL
