Cyclo driver pedals way straight to prison cell

A cyclo driver was arrested in Phnom Penh on Saturday night, after his attempt to proposition a sex worker went pear-shaped.

Seemingly a man who loves a bargain as much as booze, the suspect drunkenly haggled with the prostitute to no avil.

She took exception to fiscal prudence and criticism of her “wares”, and scolded him.

Enraged, he hit her on the head with a machete before fleeing on his cyclo, only to be apprehended by police and a furious injured hooker.
