A 32-year-old man who police say was driving his motorbike while drunk was arrested in Kampong Cham town on Sunday after throwing a stone at the driver of a car who angrily cursed the man’s motoring skills.

The allegedly drunken moto driver was flooring it and ignored all traffic lighting, police said. Police saw the scene unfold and arrested the man. DEUM AMPIL
